What purpose will they serve?

I have a 2014 26A with a queen slideout.

It works but the slide makes a grating noise and moves in a rough fashion.

It's as if the rollers are worn.

What is the fix for this? Anybody know the process to remove the slide and expose the inners?

My queen bed slide has rollers on the metal bed frame. There are two rollers at the foot and two rollers at the head. The box under the bed (containing all the coach electronics) does not move. The rollers are accessed from the bed's sides.

Thanks. So slide the slide out in and then get to the rollers how?

Heading out on 2500 mile trip next Friday and would love to address the grating noise.

Thanks.
