First thing to do is make the Seiki TV into a boat anchor and get a real TV link a Samsung.

This reminds me of a joke...

When a Classically trained concett pianist was asked to define "Perfect Pitch"; he explained it in this manner:
Perfect pitch is when you throw a banjo into the Town Dump, and it crash lands on a set of bagpipes!

I’ve got it set to off, but it still shuts down at random. Thought it might be some interference in the coach with all these IR and RF devices.

I think your Seiki POS is sending out a cry for help. I agree with gbrown, put it out of it's misery by replacing it. Use it in the garage, basement, anywhere with compatible cable service.
PS. TVs are often discounted leading up to the super bowl.

Or it could be flaky power to the TV. Is it run off the inverter circuit?

Yes along with the DVD player. BTW the red light is on and the blue light is off just like the remote was pressed.

Are you using any other remotes? My seriusxm remote turns my radio on and off when I change channels, had other electronics do that too.

That’s what I was thinking as well. If there are 2 TVs they likely use the same remote! Mine do.

There is a bunch more, this coach won't last long enough to reach the end of the payment schedule. The biggie is the slide out , poor design! Dealer had to order new parts for major repairs. Mind you this is 8 months old not 20 years.
Think in 5 yr increments.
New tvs HD smart, with a modified sine wave inverter! Bad design means expense for me!
A few more, leaking shower damage, use/store circuit, wall paper pealing off, water fill system broke, cab heater repaired, water pump issues. Remember 8 months old!

I am one very skilled person, after the warranty I will fix anything front to rear mechanical, electrical, or carpentry, add solar, and make this coach work the way it should from the factory.

Fortunately our Gemini, though it has had its share of issues, is pretty functional overall. As far as the Seki's, they certainly would not even make my list of TV's to buy, but we have three of them in the coach, and since 95+% of the time we are watching satellite they are ok, at least for now. They are IMO throw away sets, should anything ever not work on them.
