Shore power
2017 Thor Axis 25.2
Everything was working perfectly, lost 110 volt, shore power blue indicator light is on at outside connection.
110 volts work with generator.
Any thoughts?

Purchase a multi-meter and learn to use it. One should be in every RV. Start at the shore power and work you way back to the circuit breaker box reading every connection.
Impossible to answer on the internet. The answers would be "check this, check that, check this. etc,etc.
RV and multi-meter are like peanut butter and jelly.
50 amp = 240 volts. 30 amps =120 volts

Second the need for a multi meter. Without a tool to test for power you are basically shooting blindly for a solution. You can pick up a decent multi meter at the local hardware for around $30. For an Rv’r it’s like the old American Express commercial “Don’t leave home without it”

Third yes for a multimeter. I have several and needed it to troubleshoot a jack leveling system issue. I got one free with coupon from Harbor Freight. They are $7.99 otherwise. I’m sure you can get them elsewhere for far <less than $30

Thanks for the informative information, all close but no smoking plug. Grabbed the multi meter to start the search. Picked up the shore power cord and noticed the end burned. Removed the outside connection, take a look, WOW

What does the red tape say? Ensure the wire is tight???
Now this is a fine example of the shoddy workmanship from the plants.

Agreed with multi-meter statements
I second the need for a multi-meter. I had an issue with a 50 amp breaker near the battery location one time and after reset everything worked fine. I have had loose wirenuts which led me to just looking around and checking them where they tend to be in tight or hard to reach places. As a sidenote it isn't just electrical. I had a TV that one minute got a good signal from my satellite and 10 minutes later it was all snow, drove me silly. Last week while checking out my furnace, I found the cabling for the TV had rubbed on a sharp edge close to the furnace and TaDa, no more TV problems. It seems RV-ing means you are a part-time handyman also.

I had the same problem (I too am an electrician). The most likely scenario is a bad/defective receptacle. Mine allowed the current to pass, but the blue indicator did not work. If you want to fool with the warranty, good luck. I contacted the manufacturer, and they gladly replaced mine when I told them I would install it myself.
