I think these loose connections fall under the category like the tail lights leaking and the transfer switch; check em before they fail you.
These big ole boxes run down the highway, beating and vibrating. Things are going to get loose. I try to keep up with things I know of but sometimes things just happen. Not going to blame Thor. Mine tripped the breaker a couple times because the wire was loose causing high amps. No I know to keep an eye on it.

I wouldn't spend $50+ dollars to replace the connector just for the indicating light, especially when they have a history of the indicating light not working.

The one on my ACE works sometimes but mostly doesn't work so it is unreliable as an indicator of 120 VAC reaching the coach.

For $3.16 shipped I drilled a hole through the wall above the connector and installed this LED:

Connected it to the Hot and Neutral connections on the back of the power inlet and now I have a reliable indicator of 120 VAC to the coach.

I use one of these in a bathroom outlet. Nice blue light (double duty as a night light) AND tells you the actual voltage you are receiving. It’s a surprisingly interesting number. In our travels I’ve seen voltage as low as 104 and as high as 131.
