Side mirror adjistment

Is the side mirror, complete housing, adjustable? There seems to be set screws. My passenger mirror sure could use a little twist outward. I can adjust the flat mirror enough but the lower fixed curved mirror needs it.

Yes, loosen the set screws and adjust, had to do same thing on our coach. Go idea to check the set screws occasionally, mine have vibrated loose twice!
