Side View Mirror Adjustment

I have a 2019 Freedom Elite 30fe without electric mirror adjustment, how do you adjust the driver-side view mirror up and down? I found the allen head screw that allows me to turn the mirror in and out, but need it to point up more than it does now.

I’m sure someone will give you a more certain answer but I think the same screw does both. It might just be stuck in the vertical.

Has anyone answered this? New here - went to pick up our new class C today but couldn't get the manual side mirrors to adjust up and down. Dealership said "it's just like that" and "we've never had anyone mention an issue before". If we can't figure this out we can't drive the camper ��

When I had a class c, a Fleetwood on a Ford econoline, the mirror glass is what tilted up and down or in and out. The housing position was fixed by the set screw.
