Slide issue

Has anyone taken a Pallazzo 36.1 into service with water and power lines broken under the main slide?

Any of the above would be helpful. Actually, first is this a common problem? How long does the repair take and Thor Wakarusa? Will they help get my Protective Platinum protection to cover it or will they say it was an operator or normal wear problem? Thanks in advance,

Just call them up and ask them those questions. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

It certainly isn't a "wear and tear" issue, and what could you have done in error; to bust that stuff?
This should be a "slam dunk"...
If yoiu can get your RV to Wakarusa for the repairs: that would be the best place for it to be done.
Good luck!

Wakarusa will do non-warranty work on a per hour basis too.

I was there for some warranty work a couple years ago. I'd go back for other work if needed. A bit of a drive from MN, but depending on what needs fixing it could be worth it.

Protective Platinum Protection? Is this an extended service plan for a used rig or on a rig bought new and out of warranty?

If so, what does the plan include and, more importantly, what does it exclude? To get those answers the best place to go is the service manager/advisor of the selling dealer since they file claims with that plan and should know what is and isn't covered.

Good luck.

Or read the contract fine print. Service advisors don’t always know or tell the truth. Some will say it’s not covered just because they don’t like dealing with the service plan people. Or they’ll assure you that it is covered and assure you that you’ll have no trouble getting reimbursed but they don’t work with contract people because it takes up too much of their time. Once you pay and are gone you find out that it’s not covered or won’t be paid because it wasn’t pre-approved. Best bet is to choose a repair shop you trust and that agrees to get the work pre-authorized.
