What year? What slide manufacturer? Lippert (Schwintec) now says their slides need no lubrication but you can still find their video on Youtube telling you how, and what lubricants to use.

I use CRC Power Lube High Performance Lubricant w/PTFE on the slide outs. I also use Thetford Premium RV Slide Out Rubber Seal Conditioner on all of the rubber seals. It cleans and conditions the rubber seals.
