Slide out controller question

Help somebody, I have a 13398–C2 dual motor slide controller question. I have current going into my controller with a good ground. The wall switch works properly and I get juice at the RET & EXT tab. But I have no status LEDs in my controller flashing and no current coming out of the controller to the motors. Is it possible to reset the controller or has it gone bad? What motorhome do you have?
If you have more than 1 slide, a good test would be to a swap a controller from another slide and retest

If you have a class A, then the front bunk has a controller. Mine is hysr=t above the driver's head in the left most cabinet. It is much easier to pull for a test than one in a basement compartment or under the bed.

13398-C2. Litght won’t blink codes. Current going in and current from wall switch is good in both directions. But nothing comes out of controller???
