Angry Slide out stuck out

Hi, our slide out is stuck out on our 2020 quantum km24. We cannot find the slide out control, Thor tech says it is in the compartment under the slide out, it definitely is not there. Where else could it be? hoping it is not under the motorhome. Is there anyway to manually retract the slideout on this model?

It could be on the back wall, or even the ceiling.

Look in storage compartments located below the slide. The controller may be screwed to the top (ceiling) of a compartment or one of the walls. Thor is famous for locating them where you'd least expect to find them. The controller looks like the image below. Note the error codes shown on the label.

Have looked in all compartments, under dinette chairs, wardrobe and behind drawers, still cannot find this controller. This is extremely frustrating.
We have a 2020 Quantum KM24 - one full side slide out
In the outside bin directly under the slide, under the dinette, the water pump and fresh water drains are there. No other compartment under the slide has anything else in them, they have nothing on the walls or ceilings
We have looked under the dinette chairs, under the one facing forward, lots of electrical partially covered with a bag of sorts, with water going to the outside show
Dinette facing to the back, water heater.

Ours is in one of the compartments on the driver side, screwed in to the top.

Nothing on the drivers side, that is where the full side slides out, we have also checked the passenger side even though there are no no slide outs on that side

If you don’t want to call Thor or don’t get an answer from them you’re just going to have to look harder. It has to be somewhere and it has to be accessible. Did you look in the closets and upper inside compartments? Don’t mean to sound flip but it simply has to be somewhere accessible.

Mine is located in the clean out compartment facing you between the two holding tanks.

Red face

Finally success. The long compartment under the bed portion had a panel on the front side that needed to be removed with 4 phillip screws. Found the slide controller there (YEAH). Tested the power leads in, had 13 volts coming in. The rocker switch inside the house is not sending power. Jumped using the power from the always on power to retract the slide. Thanks to a Thor technician that called and went through finding the slide controller and how to manually retract. Slide is in and I can drive the motor home now (YEAH AGAIN).

Glad you found it, figured a simple procedure to get yourself moving again and likely an easy, inexpensive repair. Now you have a bit more knowledge for future issues.

Great to read your back up. To get it straight you used a “jumper” right?

Welcome to the forum. Glad you located it. Hidden behind a panel? What will they think of next.

Yes I used a jumper (with alligator clips) from constant power in to the one that pulled in the slide

Mine is located in the large driver side compartment behind the door that I access to get to the water pump and its to the left of the water pump attached to the wall, but even if I needed to access it for any reason the easiest way would be to remove the outside shower, hope it never has a problem.

It sounds like a relatively simple wiring snafu. Check for a loose connection, or a busted wire.
