No experience, but would hesitate using them.
I've always wondered about placing jacks under slides. What would happen if motorhome shifted or dropped down slightly but the jacks would not allow the slide to drop an equal amount? Damage could be severe.
Even if that didn't happen, it would be a pain to distribute the upward force on a modern lightweight slide room without damaging the structure.
I've looked at slides from an engineering perspective, and there doesn't appear to be a lot of room in the rack-and-pinion drives (or whatever they call them) for vertical misalignment. Any unintended lifting of the slide could cause damage.
The way they are built, the slide room should essentially stay parallel to the motorhome unless something is wrong. If the slide is tilting relative to motorhome, I'd find out why. And if the entire motorhome is tilting, I wouldn't want to level it by lifting on the slide.
