Slide out not staying out

Hi, Went on a trip this week, put the slide out out, let go of the switch, and the slide out automatically started to come back in. Finally got it to stay if we stopped just short of all the way out (about 2 inches short). Anyone heard of this before?

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you.
My slides are controlled by Lippert mechanisms
they have a ton of youtube videos showing various maintenance and troubleshooting.
If yours is a Lippert maybe there's an answer here?
