Slides Not Working and Wall is Falling

Hello Thor Owners,
I would really appreciate some assistance in finding a solution to an on going problem. I have a 2019 Outlaw 37RB that has been nothing but a headache from day 1.
Currently I am dealing with the dining room and front bunk slides that do not activate. The Lippert control modules have no LED's showing but when you press RET or EXT on the control panels you can hear the relays engage.
This coincidently happened around the time that the passenger wall decided to shift and slowly drop causing the front step to be jammed, cargo doors not to open and front fender to break its mounts under the pressure.
Any assistance to point myself and the RV Service center in the right direction would be great.
Of Course it is out of factory warranty !!!!

For issues like this I would only let the factory fix it. Call thor, get an appointment and take a road trip to them
