Slow fueler

I have a 2014 ACE 27.1. I have had fueling issues from day one. When fueling it gets an airlock and spews gas out the filler hole. I have been to Thor and Ford dealers with no joy. Is there any resolution to is issue?

If you know a reputable mechanic, I would bring it to them and check the vent tubings are clear of obstructions. Someone posted a similar issue not long ago so search the threads for a post.

Look under your ACE at the fill tube. Insure that the vent tube is routed ABOVE the filler tube from front of the tube all the way back to the tank. This has been a problem on other Thor models.

On my former coach which held 150 gallons of diesel, the angle was too shallow between the filler and the tank. I had to literally dribble the last 25 to 30 gallons in. I had a tech redo the filler on one side, which helped some, I only had to dribble the last 10 gallons in. Its a real pain, never could completely resolve it.
