For reference - on my coach the coach on/off does not disconnect 12v to the genset. I can start the genset from the the switch on the generator. It is possible that your genset starter relay is failing and making a path through it to drain the battery down. Take your DVOM and measure voltage on both sides of the starter relay. One side to ground = battery voltage, one side to ground = 0vdc.

Better yet, take that clamp on ammeter and see if you have any current flow.

Sounds like there is a drain somewhere... unless one of the batteries is toast. I have 200 watts on the roof always exposed to the sky. Even on a string of cloudy overcast Ohio days my batteries never drop below 13 volts. With NO drain, even a 100 watts will give a trickle charge on the cloudiest of days. ???
