Solar Panel Charging Question

I went out and checked on my Palazzo yesterday -sunny and 69 here in NC so I figured it would be cranking well. Went to the compartment and looked at the meter and it showed nothing, no LCD message , nothing. Tried the buttons to change screens nothing showed. Any thoughts on what to look for? Unit batteries show full charge and the chassis batteries are ful as well. I'm starting it every 2 weeks to keep the oil and other fluids moving. Should I use the full batter disconnect in the electronics compartment or just use the interior cutout at the door? Thanks for any ideas and feedback. Chuck
