I hooked up to shore power 50 amp at campground and my wall unit is flashing error co

I hooked up to shore power 50amps with my 2017 Miramar 35.2 and I’m getting a reading of 11.9 volts and error code 02. Anyone know what it means? Is the voltage too low? If so any ideas why?

That is your inverter panel flashing and showing the inverter has shut down because of low house battery voltage. If you have any 12 volt lights that work, the converter is on and doing well. I suspect the use/store is in the store position or the master power switch is off. This will prevent the charger from charging the house batteries,

What did it read after you unplugged it?

In the house battery compartment there is a 50 amp DC circuit breaker that supplies converter current to charge the batteries. If the circuit breaker is not tripped, you need to check the converter output. The simplest way is to turn the master power - off (use/store in store) with shore power connected or generator running and see if the interior lights work. Finally you can check the converter output at the power center's 12 volt fuse panel with a voltmeter. The voltmeter reading should be 13.1 to 14.2 volts depending the condition of the batteries if the converter is working properly. If the voltage at the 12 volt section of the power center is less than 12.8 volts, your batteries are not being charged by the converter.

I couldn’t find any circuit breaker in the battery compartment. I did turn the switch to store and the lights did come on with shore power plugged in.
