I don’t know if the new chassis has the same design, but the older F53 was unusual in that only one tie rod end is adjustable. Makes it impossible to adjust the steering wheel in the “usual” manner. The official Ford procedure requires removing the steering box and shimming it sideways. Even my Ford truck center wouldn’t do it on mine. Fortunately however, it’s a simple DIY job to disconnect the steering column from the box, center the wheel and reattach it. After you’ve done it once its about a 5 minute job. I have NO idea why that isn’t a Ford procedure because it’s simple and effective. It is a fairly course adjustment because it’s a splined shaft and I think each spline is 10 degrees. Still, that will get you within 5 degrees of center one way or the other and that was close enough for me.
