Storage bay floors rotting

Just purchased my second class A. Even after doing the bumper to bumper inspection I missed a few things (I知 sure I知 the only one that has). The biggest one is the utility bay floor is plain CDX plywood ($3.50 more and Thor good have used treated plywood) covered with a thin sheet of poly panel and has completely rotted out. Has anyone replaced the this bay floor? I should have picked up on this because two of the bays where replaced under warranty. I purchased a low mileage coach(5200 miles) and most of the new bugs have been repaired. Just joined you guys and used the forum to research before I purchased.

Update- just finished pulling fresh water tank out and it was fairly easy to do, 2hrs. The tank should be done first as it gives you access to the back of the utility connection. What a unorganized factory mess the plumbing is. That will get fixed before closing up. The plywood floor is completely rotted and the supporting angle iron has lots of rust. The tank would have fallen out but is supported by parts of the chassis sub frame. Got a supply list up and heading to my local Home Depot. I will Keep post update as I work at this. Gona look at no heat issue in hear also.

Welcome to the Forum!
Even though your new rig has some problems: you seem to have a really good grasp of the situation.
The best of luck to you with the repairs.
