Drawer Adjustment

Is there any way to adjust the drawers in my Palazzo? They fly open when I'm driving. Some of them close tightly and stay closed driving. Others close with little resistance and then pop open on the road.

Look on the bottom of the drawer slide and see if there is a small screw that requires a jewelers screwdriver. If so that may be an adjustment screw for the slide lock tension. I had a couple that would come open during the warranty period and the dealer was able to increase the tension on the drawer slide locks.

I'm guessing the drawer catches are different in the Axis vs your rig, however; I've had to adjust the drawer latches, specifically those that open north and south. My latches are slotted, so loosening the mounting screws and moving them forward a bit was all it took. A quick fix for a problem that was really frustrating my wife. Now she thinks I'm really smart! Lol

There are many different ways that manufacturers use to keep the drawers closed. Mine uses latches.

Take a drawer out and look at the bottom of the drawer and at the place the drawer was. You should be able to see what method is used. Compare one that doesn't stay closed with one that does.

If you can't see the difference you might try posting a photo.
