2019 Freedom Elite wiring issue

We recently installed solar panels and an inverter in our 2019 Freedom Elite HE. Then we decided to upgrade to a Lithium battery. My son has the RV in Boulder CO and I had the new battery delivered to him. What should have been an easy swap of batteries has become a nightmare because he did not take care when removing the cables to keep the positives and negative wires together so he is now not sure which ones are which. The only ones he is sure about are those coming from the charge controller and the inverter. The inverter is an aims 2500w so everything is hard wired for AC power. The shore power and generator are wired into it. What he can't figure out is what other connections there are that would go directly to the battery. Anybody know anything about what I am talking about? Thanks.

This should give him most of what he needs.
If he can't, don't goof around.

He needs to trace out the cables. There should be:
One that goes to a 50 AMP DC breaker - that is a positive for the house DC buss/loads
One that goes to a 100 amp DC breaker - that is a positive that goes to the generator starting circuit and MAYBE to the chassis battery through a BIRD/BIM.
One that connects directly to the frame - a common negative

If he has one left over it probably goes to the chassis battery through the BIRD/BIM. Some are separate from the generator connection. Positive connection.

This does not include any multiple battery jumpers or add-on shunts.

You mentioned you had a print before, have your son use it.
