Thor Customer Service

So, we've been on the road for about a month now, with our 2017, Windsport 35M.
Have had just a couple issues.
Blew a fuse for the dash power ports, took 2 calls to Thor, to find out where the fuse was located,
Tony told me it was under the bed, nice try, but no.
Called a second time, and talked to Jan? I believe.
She knew exactly where it was, ( under the hood ) and which number it was..
Thank you, Thank you,
Hit or miss with them.
Second issue was the good old power inverter.
First one was my bad, plugged a space heater into the outlet on the dash, under the desk top, didn't realize that ran through the inverter.
Thor was able to help me on this one.
Reset the breaker on the unit, and good to go.
Next while we were driving, the inverter started dropping voltage, then finally quit.
Called Thor again, said it was probably bad, and take it to a service center.
Pain when your on the road.
Decided to call Xantrex Customer support. Great people, about a minute wait to talk to some one.
Talked me through a few things with my electrical tester, and found a loose connection .
Working great now.
We're on the road, my beer is cold, and we're retired, LIFE IS GOOD...
So the moral to this story, is:
If Thor support can't help you, try calling customer support of the item your having trouble with.
Can't hurt, and in my case, saved me an unnecessary trip to a dealer.
On to the Keys !!!

Sounds great! If you make it to Pennycamp let us know how it fared in the hurricane!

So, maybe I should be happy that Thor miswired my coach and didn't hook my dash outlet into the inverter.
