Tellaro USB port not working

On my 2021 Tellaro 20KT the USB port at the base of the pull up table doesn't work. The wall plug right next to it works as it should as do all the other wall plugs & USB ports. I doubt that one port has its own fuse or breaker! Any hints of where I can look to find the problem??

Pull that panel - it will have 2 wires as it runs from the 12 VDC buss. Verify the wires have good connection and if it has never worked, swap the wire connections and test as Thor is known for connecting USB panels backwards.

It has worked in the past. Should I disconnect the power source first or is there such a small amount of current it won't matter.
