Temp Sensor Error

We have a 2017 Thor Venetian and can't use the A/C-- the temp states -119 and we have a temp sensor error message. I unscrewed the sensor and pulled it down from the cabinet a bit to make sure it was not loose. I'm thinking logically the sensor would need to be replaced some times and there should be an easy way to disconnect the old one and put a new one in. I don't want to just pull on the wire too much.

Has anyone replaced there sensor? I want to do some troubleshooting. The back one is working fine so I though I would swap the two to see if it is the sensor itself. Do I just keep pulling the wire down from the cabinet or is it connected at a different place.

I have the same coach with the same problem. Where did you find the sensor, also have you solved it since your posting.
