Thankless water heater[emoji19]

We have a 2019 Thor axis 25.2 and the tankless water heater won't turn on.There are controls in the bathroom and they are not working even though on the main monitor the tankless is turned on .We have never had this problem before,checked and changed fuses but still no luck.No power going on in the bathroom control. ANY IDEAS ON WHAT THE PROBLEM COULD BE? I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE HOT WATER! THANKS!!!

Is the outside switch behind the hatch door on? If so does the hot water work from the sink and sometimes the hoses are plumbed backwards so try it both ways, but not the shower head? If so clean the shower head.

I'm sure you checked to see the propane tank has propane and it's "on"?

I had a water pressure issue one time
Not enough for the tankless to sense to turn on.
Once I figured that out, worked fine since

Did this start after a change in location? If so my guess (and that's all it is without being at the rig) is low water flow/pressure.
