Thor 2014 Tuscany XTE 36MQ H2O tank overflows

Hi, My fresh water overflows when hooked up to city water. I have attached the TFW0087 water flow diagram specific to this year/model. Just for grins and giggles, after I removed the wet bay panel I discovered this is how that diagram was installed by the KISS-phobic folk in the assembly plant. Photo attached. DAMN!! They done Rube Goldberg proud.
After studying TFW0087, it appears the problem is a failed check valve on the lower left corner of the water tank that allows a back flow into the water tank.
Any advise from RVers with first hand experience would be welcome.
Thanks

Almost always either a check valve, check valve in the pump, or a leaking three way valve
