Thor 2015 ACE 29.2 furnace poor design

When it rains hard my heater stopped working and the fan motor oscillates.
I changed the outside panel where the vents face down instead of up with the stupid factory one. I had my dealer put a new circuit board yet.
I fabricated a cover help keep the moisture in rain off the circuit board.
And I put silicone everywhere I could to help prevent the rain and moisture.
I thought about moving the electrics to remote place but do not wish to void my warranty.
I do most of my repairs myself was wondering if anyone has any other ideas how to solve this aggravating problem
Thanks and happy new year to everyone

We rarely even use the propane furnace, mostly use an electric heater, and both AC's are also heat pumps.

The kit Atwood sent me at NC was New gasket the size of the door and actually blocks the vent louver altogether and and new mount and circuit board that moves the circuit board to the top, dealer installed it at NC. Have had no issues since fix
