Thor ACE radio power/fuses

As I stated in an earlier post. Had the Jensen 212 die. Had a power surge of some kind as a few fuses had blown in the coach fuse box. Bench tested the old radio dead. So got the Jensen 9000 and installed today. Nothing. There are 2 wires. One for having the parking brake on to watch DVD's while stopped and a second wire for the camera to turn on when backing up. ( the first said parking brake neg and the second said rear camera positive on the schematic).
I assumed I should be able to at least get the radio to power up. Nothing.
I took my volt meter and got 12+ volts when tested the coach battery and ground but nothing for the chassis battery and ground. With key on or on acc nothing.

Checked all fuses under dash ( pulled them all out and all good.)I believe everything works for the chassis. Is there any other fuse that may be affected or anything else I should look for. Oh yes I checked the fuse on the radio also.
