Slide out leaking, can't stop it!

The driver's side slideout keeps dripping only when the slide is all the way in. It drips underneath the slide as seen in the pic and it's a lot of water. Anyone have this issue and know how to fix? Been in the shop like 5 times for this and no one can figure it out. THANK YOU!

This is the picture that helped us track down our slide leak. I don't know where the post is that I got it from. But adding dicor to that piece of trim stopped our floor from becoming a puddle.

our issue seems to be the top sweep seal not getting all the water off when we retract the slide. Looks like the only way to fix it (in the spring) is to take the slide topper off and replace the sweep seal from the outside - we also have some of the bulb seal that prevents leaks when extended starting to fall down - NICE on a 2018 unit right!! tried using some contact glue but didn't have a lot of luck as the bulb seal seems to be stuck to the wall paper. Working on a new plan to get water off before we retract - possible a squeegee on a long pole and the step ladder or the like!
