Thor Axis bent jack, part search..help!

I bent one of my legs pretty bad, anyone know who makes them? I cant find any manufacurer names on it. I am looking for parts or a replacement assembly .

If that's just the manual crank stabilizer jack I'm pretty sure you can find a replacement (in pairs) on Amazon for about $50.
