Water pump noise in wall

I have just purchased a class C 2013 Fourwinds 31L. Sometimes when I run the water pump there is a rattle in the shower wall. Is anyone familiar with this problem, is there a fix and where is the water pump located on this unit? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Could be the pex tubing rattling. You can remove the valve panel from the shower wall, access the tubing and fasten it to the opp. wall if that is the problem.

Do you know where the water pump is located?

Thanks again.

Locate your water tank, usually under the bed or dinette seat, the pump will be close by. Open a faucet and trace down the noise.

It's just an air lock--run the pump until it stops--lots of foamy white water until it does.

yep, air in the lines.
I had this issue too, and eventually verified the shower lines hold air for a long while in my 31L. If you ever let your pump pull from an empty tank, it'll happen again.

I found that sometimes it takes a long time of letting the water run to let it work itself out. Once the air is gone, the pump will run a lot quieter.

If you are at a full hookup site, just take a really long shower....or two....
Otherwise, it will eventually clear up

I have had this happen too. But it seems to me that it is different when we are on shore power or running off the battery. I think the higher voltage with shore power makes the pump run more quietly as we have had noisy times when we are running off battery.
