Thor Service center in Wakarusa IN.

I highly recommend the Factory service in Wakausa just south of Elkhart. These people are fantastic. The extra distance traveled is a hassle of course but you get an appointment and stay there until the job is done. They pick up your unit at 7AM and return it back at 3PM. Free hookup with WIFI on concrete pad and 2 very nice waiting room lounges during the day. A lot of folks rent a car from Enterprise who drop it off at the lounge and do factory tours or visit the area (Amish Country). They can fix anything including collision damage.

I agree with you. Had a Palazzo before my Four Winds and had it in there for Service. They are excellent folks and do a fantastic job. So far nothing on my Four Winds would require a trip there. Just returned from 5 months in the South West and really enjoy being back in a Class C.

yes, excellent facility and professionals there... go there whenever you need service, at least I think it's worth the time and drive to have it done right, and right away.

and, by the way, they'll sometimes do 'extra' for you just to keep you even happier... our last stop by when we had warranty work in early 2016, the tech gave us a new larger 10" sewer plate and hole(replacing the typical 'small' 6 or 8" small size), and even traded out the water pump for a new one, without us even asking. (don't tell the boss!)
