Arrow Thor Spares & Replacements

I have searched the forum but can't find a reference to the best place to obtain Thor spares.
I have a Thor Freedom Elite 2016. My city water connection has worn out so that a connected hose gets blown off when the water is turned on. I have a pressure regulator and I've tried multiple hoses so it's definitely the connection. Anyone know where I should go to obtain a replacement?
I also need to replace the rubber seal / gripper that goes between the glass and the opener on the side window.
Thanks for any pointers.

Amazon.com list about 10 RV city inlets with check valve. That is where I buy most of my RV parts and pieces.

If it is a part for a major appliance or system, I first check the model number for it on the build sheet that Thor (sometimes) tapes inside a cabinet. Then Amazon as noted above is the easiest source for most parts.
