thor vegas 24.1 degraded windshield wiper cover/shield part

Hi,
My thor vegas 24.1 degraded windshield wiper cover/shield part needs to be replaced. I went to CW and they never got back to me on the part number. They said it was probably a Ford part number? Could anyone help me find this part?
Thanks!

That is unlikely to be a Ford part number.

Call Thor to get the part number. Then order it from an RV dealer.

While you're there fixing things, swap out that big nut for one with a Nylon center.
The nut has been known to back off.
Best case is the wiper quits moving and you get the timing right on the splines, tighten that nut and proceed.

Worst case it it loosens, strips the splines and won't work again until you replace the mechanism with parts you have to order.

Good suggestion! I was going to replace all the parts with the kit. I cant tell if the kit has a nut w the nylon lock but i have various nylon nuts that I can use. I agree something that moves like a wiper should have a nylon nut or at least locktite.
