Thor Vegas 24.1 overhead bunk

Hello , our overhead bunk in our Thor Vegas is uneven. We lowered it to try to reset it , and when we went to raise it back up it got stuck. I put some pressure on the one side that wouldn’t go up and got it to go back up so we could drive it ! It is still uneven. Are there motors on both sides of the bunk ? Could one of the motors be bad ? Thanks for your help ... Sue

I had to push up on one side to get it to go in correctly when we own a vegas. Was told it could be adjusted. Never did anything else but assist it going tight so could lock it down.

possible correction

You can raise it for a few seconds before it gets wonky. So, try to bump it up for a couple seconds then pause, repeat. Do this until it get to the top. At this point, just press and hold to synch both sides.

This worked for me.

Took it to Tow Tally Camping in Redding,CA and it was reset by dropping it all the way down, go up about 6-10 inches, then down, then up a foot then down , then up a foot and a half then down , repeat until all the way up and hold button a couple of extra seconds ... and it was reset and even .

This same issue happened to me and after I searched the Forum I found the fix in several different posts.

That is...lower all the way down until it stops, then raise all the way up until it stops.
Usually only takes one time.

The thing is to remember to hold the switch down for an extra 3-5 seconds when it hits either limit. Then you're resetting it every time.

I also do that for the slide.

The one time down and one time up didn’t work for us. The step by step did the trick ! Thank you so much !
