Can anyone suggest which tire pressure regulation system is good and worth the money? K.

Peace of mind. If your tire deflates even after you do a daily check you’ll know. A absolute must if you have a toad, IMO.

I’ve used TireMinder for about 5 years and have been very satisfied. Had an A1A for most of the time and liked it fine but recently replaced it with the newer I10 model. It’s a bit smaller but shows all tires at the same time so you don’t have to scroll through them individually. Also, apparently, the newer senders are more accurate than my old ones which is appreciated. Only drawback I can see to the I10 is that the display battery needs to be recharged more often.

I used a brand on my old class C that I cannot remember and it was a love hate relationship. When it worked it was great, but every time I took off I had to remove batteries and reinstall them to get it to work. Changed to TST on my fifth wheel and loved it. I up graded to the newest TST for the class A with flow through sensors. So far I like it even more. Very reliable.

Do those TST sensors weigh enough to throw off the wheel balance?

Can’t say about TST but Tire Minder do not.

With 255/70R 22.5 16 ply tires I do not feel it and they are wearing even. Then again you could always ask to have them balance with the sensors on.

And if you know your wheels are balanced at the outset and you’re worried about it you could just add an equivalent stick on weight opposite the sender. I’ve not felt the need however.

I put 36,000 miles on my Axis with the sensors installed after balancing and did not see any unusual wear on my front tires (I never rotated them).
