That's called "On the fly engineering". If it doesn't exist, invent it.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/2-Pack-Kyde...Cclp%3A2334524

Kydex molds well with a blow dryer and cuts beautifully, molds to wooden bucks, easy to file and drill.
Or
Tractor supply sells a 1/2" thick rubber mat for about $20. It won't mold at all but it cuts nice. Heavy duty and very flexible.

Use big head aluminum rivets(for kydex) or use nutserts(for either) to attach.
$14 a pair for flaps, about $30 for tools.
Or
$15 gets you a selection of premade on Amazon.

But.
My 24.1 never flips anything up on the body so I won't be making any.

Signed,
Zappa's band.

Yeah we didn't see a need for mudflaps on the front wheels either.

You could always go with a set of truck mudflaps:
https://www.iowa80.com/exterior/mudflaps

(We got some mudflap weights from there to keep the rear passenger one from hitting the exhaust pipe.)

The one thing I dislike about Class A’s is that there is no “pure” wheel well protection.
Thus, any mud, water, debris splatters throughout the wheel well area. It makes a mess.
It even gets on the headlight connections.

That’s the mod I’d like to see, real wheel well protection.

I know that Bill (Ducksface) has improvised a wheel well protector for his 6 x 6. But have not seen any other.

There are two others who used the wheel wells I found to fit.
One praised the ease and fit but posted no pictures, the other posted one picture of them installed.
Those dodge fender wells fit like they were made for the vehicle. Some self tappers and the first one goes in in 90 minutes the second in 45....
They're shown in post 86 of my signature thread.

Mine are out, again, for my battery move from under dash to new enlarged passenger side front bin, so no pics from me.

And
Theres a longish post from two years ago where someone bent liners out of aluminum diamond plate.
Any hvac place could bend you up some tin ones in just an hour or so...at about $150ph labor....
