Miramar leaking grey water tank

Have any other Miramar owners with their rear grey water tank leaking figure out what was causing the leak? Berryland Campers "fixed" mine by ordering a new tank (said it was cracked) and it appears not bothering to find out why it was cracked because the replacement tank is leaking as well.

Well, it seems the nipple from the tank that a flex hose attaches to was too tall and every time my slide when in and out it torn the hose.
Hopefully they got it fixed.
