Every toilet paper holder I ever bought had a template that showed where to drill the holes. Anyone ever think maybe, just maybe, they got a batch with bad templates. Ever get assembly instructions that were wrong?

Has anyone bothered to send Thor an email message mentioning the issue and suggesting someone take a look on how these are installed or is everyone just content on bashing Thor?

When we bought a Class C a number of years ago the TP holder was in the package and laying in the sink. The manufacturer and dealer said it was up to the user to install it where they wanted. They were tired of complaints over positioning so they quit installing them. I have looked at rigs that did not have any bath accessories of any kind.

That's a great Idea, I put those in my house we build.

But what you going do with extra hole in wall from original roll in the rv?

The concierge called me to see if everything was fine, I unloaded about the toilet paper holders and told her that many people I talked to had the same issue. She said she would take it up the line but I'm not holding my breath.

Here is the one I put on our 30fe... it’s Costco sized, just need to stain the wood to cover up the patch job from the old holes.

We had the same problem with our TP holder. It was interesting that the empty roll fit just fine but the arms that hold the expanding tube were wider at the base and didn’t allow the roll to turn. I expect Thor May use empty rolls to make their measurements.

Quick fix. Just hold the roll over the edge of a counter and saw the roll to fit! Oh man I was just thinking as a RV builder tech.
