wow, this thread seems to go on and on, and some of us like to offer our 'perfect' advice that everyone should adhere to, or else!
No matter the explanation, the supposed design 'flaw', or any of our home remedies, everyone is welcomed to handle the situation as is comfortable to them. There is no 'right' or 'wrong' way of doing it. Just do it. : )

I was wondering how you got the water into the source of the "problem"; Thanks!

After reading All posts. If you own a unit with this issue. I have to agree with Jamie in post #11. Actually, Thor should provide this macerating toilet in the models with that design issue. Anyone buying that model in the future should demand one installed as part of the sales deal. I know I will. Great Post & Very Educating.

We just purchased a used 2019 29M model and sounds like we had the same issue. At first campground we had to find a long stick to push things down. Talked to Thor Customer Service. They sent me a drawing of the discharge piping. Looks like it makes a sharp corner to drain to the black holding tank. Ended up taking the toilet off of the floor and using a garden hose to clean out the discharge pipe. At our second campground I leveled the unit so the tank side is slightly down. This also helps keep the headboard side slightly up which we like for sleeping. When we need to flush solids we lightly step on the toilet foot pedal and fill the toilet bowl up half way or more. So far the extra water has been pushing all of the solids into the tank.
FYI - really like the Thor 29M. Was surprised how many things I needed to fix (cracked dash, Automatic Transfer Switch, rattling door panel, reinforcing cabinet under loft bunk over drive area (almost fell down while I was driving) , but once they were taken care of, unit has been solid. Thor customer service has been helpful.

Welcome to the Forum!
It sounds as if you've already got a pretty good handle on the situation!

The toilet usually is at the shallow end or middle of the tank so it can flow down to the drain. Remember the saying, crap happens.

That works so there is no obstruction I believe. It just doesn’t drain on its own. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

To quote the warning above the Saniware 1000 marine toilet in my first RV, "Never put anything down this toilet that you have not preciously eaten".

My 5th wheel sat for 4 years in the same place at our seasonal site. Never used any kind of lubricant. After you clean the Poo Pile, The next time you dump, put 5 gal of water back in the empty tank. Fill the bowl before you Poo. I use Orange Camco pods from WM. Trailer never moves and no problems in 4 years. T
P goes in the tank. The trick is WATER. Two people get 10 days of use.
