Transfer switch location 2019 30FE?

I'm fairly sure my transfer switch is bad but where is it? Tried contacting Thor but they did not respond. Also, is there a breaker for the house batteries and where is it? Third and final question, where is the isolation relay between the alternator and house batteries?

you should have an electric bay. Follow your shore power cord into your RV. it's 1st stop will be at the ATS. Usually near the Generator. Cord reel if you have one.

Inline resettable breaker for house batteries is usually within 6' of the batteries. probably hidden behind them.

Can't help with the isolation relay.
