Transmission Cooling Fan

2013 Thor Tuscany 36mq, Cummins/Allison: I have an Allison transmission and the fan is turns on for about five seconds, shuts off, and about 20 seconds later, it does it again. Since the fan turns on and off, I believe that something temperature related on the transmission is signalling the fan. This occurs at low temperatures... transmission reading on the dash board once showed 67 degrees F. Does anyone have any thoughts about this?

Thank You in Advance
Patrick

Sounds like a bad sensor switch, should not come on with temp that low.
