Trying to leave a rv Park and Happy jack bed lift Slipped down on one side

I am trying to leave a rv Park and the happy jack bed lift just slipped down about a 1/4 of the way down on one side. It is a Thor toyhauler motorhome and we need to put two motorcycles in the back and one won’t fit With the bed part of the way down. Do I try to let it down then up or what?
Thank you for any insight.

Ok figured it out. The steel bar that runs to the other side popped out. We pushed it back in. But it actually looks to short. So good for now then back to the dealer for warranty.

So we were lucky there was a hardware store around in Yellowstone. Bought a saw and cut two 2x4’s to keep the bed from collapsing on one of the bikes on the way home. We also had the trim molding falling out and flapping on the road as well as the back up light ready to fall out. They don’t seem to build brand new motorhomes as they used to. So off to warranty.

Wow! I'm glad that nothing got damaged.
Good luck with getting it made right for you.
