Tv switch box cable to air

I have a 2018 Miramar 35.3 and there is a switch box for the tv to go from cable to air TV. It is in the cabinet above the microwave and the push button broke off. Does anyone know the correct terminology for this item and where I can purchase a replacement box. Thanks

3 TVs: If you're referring to TVs located throughout the coach, only one will have the push button. The other two should be standard coax connections like you would see in your stick built home.

3 Coax connections on one wall plate would be unusual and I will defer to the wisdom of one of the senior members

Yeah, a picture from the OP would certainly help clear things up.

That's just a standard Winegard power injector/splitter without the wallplate or 12 VDC supply to the TV. I don't think Winegard makes those anymore; you'd have to replace it with the RV-7042:

If I was you I'd replace it with this:

I've never hooked up to a cable tv connection nor used my dvd player. Is that control panel how I togle between using regular TV and cable (I have a connection for cable outside), or use the dvd player that's located within that same cabinet??? Jus wonderin for future possible needs...
