NO WATER Thor Freedom Elite 22 HEF

We have no water in faucets. Works hooked up to city connection. Filled FW tank, pump runs, never shuts off, no water at faucets. Opened main drain, nothing. Believe screen is blocked prior to pump. Problem is we're on the road.

Appears to be no water shut off between pump and FW tank. Don't I have to drain FW tank prior to removing white dome filter? Don't want a flood...

Turn off oump, put towels down, then you can clean out the dome filter.

First - You don't need to run the pump if you are connected to city water.

Second - If no water flow to ANY faucet, hot or cold, by city water or pump running - then you have an isolation valve shut. City water does not go through the pump strainer.

Third - If the problem is only on the hot water side than the winterization valves are not de-winterized.

So, what year is your RV and when did you get it? When was the last time water worked "normally"?

EDIT: I mis-read your OP - so it works on City water, just not with the pump.

Ok, now we're back to a clogged strainer or pump isolation valve shut.

If I have 2/3 FW and I remove the white dome strainer while the pump is off, how much water can I expect? Anything beyond the dome I'll probably have to wait until I dump my tank.

The answer is the towels are sufficient, but nothing substantial in the screen. I'd probably do pump next but since it's still under warranty...

We had a water flow issue only when the slide out was in. Put the slide out OUT and access the incoming water line to see if it's crimped. We had to move the slide out in and out a few times to determine that when the slide was in, the water line was crimped. Rerouting the hose was the solution. Water flow is fine now.

Water pump went bad, replaced pump and now everything works. First time replacement took about 30 minutes and the pump was about $60 on Amazon.
