Water Damage

Was out at the RV in storage and noticed this on the drivers wall below the window? Is this a sign of water seeping in thru the window seems and damaging the wall?

I’ve looked but only 3” space to look on kitchen slide I’m guessing maybe a drain issue but can’t figure how to remove drawer under oven. It’ll open so far but can’t find release. Any help?

Open it carefully with a razor knife. I’ve seen this as mold under the paper as well.

Open the drawer all the way. The releases may look like very small pieces of plastic. Push one up and the other down while pulling on the drawer.

hard to say.. the glue holding everything, wall paper has vanished in some areas that get sun. If this is a sun located area, probably sorta normal that should not be if they spent $10 more, which would have cost us $50 more...
