Water damage in skylight

My wife and I just bought our first RV, a 2007 coachmen 31f. It looked in great condition until I just noticed the sagging skylight. I pulled the cover off to reveal the damage. I'm very mechanically inclined and a diyer. It's this something I could repair, and if so, how?
