Water Heater not working on Propane

I have a SW6DELC water heater in my 2022 Thor 35M. It works great with electric but will not with propane. I have the Firefly system and I tap the gas I get an error that says "Fault, Clear and reset". I have pushed both reset buttons on the heater with the same results. Any advise on what else to check? Thanks

Assuming you have a propane cooktop, does it light and stay lit? How about your furnace? Does it light... and STAY lit and running?

As troubleshooting, I'd start with those. Then try the water heater again. It may just be air in the propane lines.

Generally, you have to turn the gas switch OFF to clear the fault (reset it), then turn it back on again to restart the light cycle.

Thank you, that did the trick to get it to work.
