2020 Thor Quantum Leaks

We have a brand new 2020 Thor Quantum and we noticed that after it rained we had water leaking through from the sunglass visor and also some water coming in from the slide out. We took it in and they pressure tested but did not find the leak. We again had several days of rain, move the RV and the water is just pouring like a rain shower out of the same area and on to the floor by the slideout - which will cause the floor to buckle. Has anyone had this issue with their RV? We are seriously thinking we got a lemon and should not have selected this brand at all.

We have a 2017 Quantum and have not had this issue. Lots of other issues but not this one. Having said that, I am confused regarding the location of the leak you describe. What is a sun-glass visor?

I guess I should have said above where the dome lights are located and I believe there is a holder there for sunglasses. Sorry to confuse. So far they have not found the leak but it has to be fixed.

We have a 2017 WS31 and we have had all kinds of leaks ..... the slide, in the shower, both wings are delaminated at the bottom, the large rear storage compartment in the rear had to be replaced and lots of ather small things ..... so far all have been repaired under warranty..... waiting for winter to get the wings replaced under warranty
