Slide controller issues

Hi all,
Want to share an issue we had with our slide controller. Tried to retract slide. Would only move a few inches. Read Thor manual, no help. Read Thor forum but could not find exact issue. Bedroom slide worked fine. Living room slide not.
Called Good Sam roadside assistance. They sent a repairman. Came within 40 minutes.
He checked the controller in the outside compartment under the slide. We had bent the plastic where the wires connect when we put some chairs away. He thought we would need a new controller. However, he carefully straightened the connector and plugged in the wires and it worked.
Be very careful putting things in compartments.

Thanks for posting your problem and solution. Nice to get a decent repair person, trying to save you some time and $. A good reminder for all the chair (and other gear) slingers out there.
